CDL Expert was one of several hundred training providers affected in a broader FMCSA enforcement action and was removed from the Training Provider Registry. As a result, we are currently unable to certify students for ELDT theory.
We disagree with important aspects of the determination and are pursuing administrative review with regulatory counsel. We believe we have a strong basis for reinstatement and will keep you informed.
The action primarily relates to ELP and former students who later received roadside violations. FMCSA acknowledges ELDT is not required to be taught in English.
